传授、博士生导师、陆地迷信与生物工程学院院长、青岛科技大学十大精采青年、青岛科技大学教导前锋、返国留学职员。
首要环绕核酸检测中的旌旗灯号辨认和旌旗灯号缩小等关头题目,展开了核酸疾速和高活络检测关头手艺研讨和核酸等温检测新手艺及其利用研讨。在RNA一步法检测实际研讨方面取得严重停顿,并基于此构建了全新的 RNA 一步法等温扩增手艺平台-SEA,并将这一系列功效别离颁发在《美国化学会志》和《化学通信》上,突破了原有DNA分解方式的认知。发了然多种等温均相核酸检测新方式,将核酸检测利用于食物宁静与份子诊断范畴,局部科研功效完成转化,开辟出了一系列的荧光和比色的核酸检测试剂盒,并利用于食物中的致病微生物检测。2019年,新冠疫情迸发后,率领团队国际第一批推出核酸疾速检测打算,胜利研发新冠病毒核酸检测试剂盒并取得欧盟CE认证。
掌管国度天然迷信基金面上名目2项,国度天然迷信基金青年基金1项,首届山东省天然迷信基金严重根本研讨名目1项和山东省科技成长打算等多项课题。最近几年来,以第一作者或通信作者在 “J. Am. Chem. Soc.”, “Clin. Chem.”, “Anal. Chem.”, “Chem. Commun.”和“Biosens. Bioelectron.”等国际高程度学术期刊上颁发SCI论文40余篇。请求国度发现专利12项,受权5项。
